Easy Video conversion: PAL MP4 to NTSC MPEG-2 VOB

[ Three (3) tools and a fast computer = New NTSC 720 x 480 DVD-Video.

Note: the PAL was not in exact ratio but it was 624 x 352.

Suitable frame sizes for DVD are 720x480, 720x576, 704x480, 704x576, 352x480, 352x576.

[ Step 1 -- MPEG Streamclip: Open MP4 and check frame size and rate. Export MP4 cmd, new file with H.264 720 x 480 30 fps. MPSC does the standard PAL to NTSC work.

Step 2 -- iDVD new progect with 16:9 template; add button "PLAY" and import a background image. Right click on iDVD's screen, from menu add "content" (step 1 result). Tinker till satisfide. Now iDVD--> File --> Save as VIDEO_TS folder. Go get a coffee.

After iDVD is done, test by drag/drop VIDEO_TS to Apple DVD player. See if it works.

Step 3 -- I use DVD2oneX burn oprion "Complete disk wilt all mennue". The DVD will / should play in the standard DVD player.

When the product becomes the sole reason a scene is done then there is a problem. I have seen a few scenes in various TV shows where the scene is strained by the need to get the product ad in at all costs to the script.

If you didn't notice the black jacket with jockish white striped collar then wake up [Fashion Statement]. Out of view are Coal Country Irish (Hillbilly) signs I was shooting [advertising].

An Exercise In Light and Panning Using Flip ultra HD

The low light response is a drag but the Flip ultra HD does have a good reaction time to light changes. I always need practice panning video. The lightweight travel tripod is a trick to use. Note: the source is much sharper. Sorry player softend that up.
